All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Total Antenna. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and must still be in an unused and saleable condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and no refund will be given for the original shipping cost of the item.
Products requiring a return for warranty purposes or any other purpose will not be accepted unless the customer obtains a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) from Total Antenna in writing prior to returning the product. RA Numbers may be obtained by filling the return information form or by email (email@example.com) and must state the associated Invoice Number, date of purchase, serial number and reason for return. RA Numbers are issued at the discretion of Total Antenna and are subject to the manufacturer accepting the warranty claim.

And also include the following information:
- Your Return Authorisation Number and Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
Any item returned to us without a Return Authorisation Number attached will not be accepted by Total Antenna and will be returned to the customer by freight collect.
